Bareilly shows law and order challenges of Uttar Pradesh?

Bareilly communal flare-up has again shown the deteriorating condition of law and order that is hanging by a mere thread. However, rarely these issues are seen in totality or evaluated in a proper manner by the state government. Due to the haphazard approach of the ruling government the state has been seeing a lot of law and order issues in recent times. Kairana issue is still in the background and another one on a similar pattern has emerged. The ruling party is also absent when such issues come to light.
