Bangladesh: In election time, Hindus see renewed attacks

In Bangladesh, as the election time nears, several attacks are being reported in which Hindus are at the receiving end.

Bangladesh Minority Watch has recently brought to light a case of the attack on Hindus in which Hindu Deities were desecrated and demolished and houses of Hindus set on fire at Babur Hat Shiva Mandir. www.kalerkantho.com reported the incident.

Hindu children were also seriously injured in this attack at the Dimla Upazila of Nilphamari District on 7th September 2018.
