The Ramakrishna Centre of South Africa, Ladysmith Sub-Centre, is offering a course Hinduism for children every Thursday from 5.30pm to 6.45pm and the classes are held at the Ramakrishna Shrine in Agra Road as per a report in a newspaper ‘ladysmithgazette.co.za.’
Teachers well-versed in Hinduism are teaching kids belonging to pre-primary to Grade 12 and there is even material on ‘colour and learn’ about Ramayana.
At the end of each class, light snacks are given to children.
The Ramakrishna Centre of South Africa also recently organized a Medical outreach programme at the Newcastle Subcentre on 5th November 2017 while on 25th November a blood donation camp was also started by the group.
