Shehla Rashid today condemned Prime Minister Narendra Modi while sharing a news which has Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif condemning the lynching of a journalism student Mashal Khan.
Here is what she wrote on Twitter:

#MashalKhan Ours is yet to name Akhlaq, Pehlu Khan or Rohith Vemula even by mistake
Shehla Rashid is a student leader and known well in the progressive circles and her surprising take will shock many.
Mashal Khan was murdered on alleged charges of blasphemy by an enraged Muslim mob. This 23-year-old student of Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan, Mashal was killed and another Muslim student was seriously injured by a vigilante Muslim mob for allegedly “publishing blasphemous content online” a while back. Many Muslims and non-Muslims have become victims of blasphemy laws in the nation which has 97% Muslim population.
Lynch mob prepares to claim its Hindu victim in Pakistan by using blasphemy
Interestingly, last year on charges of blasphemy a Hindu teenager was shot dead while a girl was abducted in Pakistan for revenge and Pakistani Prime Minister hasn’t spoken a word on it as yet. On abducted and forced converted Hindu girls, Pakistani PM Nawaz Sharif has remained silent.
Om on sandals anger Pakistani Hindus
A Hindu man named Veerji Kolhi has been framed and sentenced to life imprisonment without any condemnation from the Pakistani Prime Minister and there are thousands of such cases.
Not only is there a complete silence on these issues, but even the national media rarely says anything on these. Without adequate coverage, even police fail to deliver justice but it seems Shehla Rashid is unaware of these facts.
This Hindu actor converted to Islam for love, but now faces rejection
Do you agree with Shehla Rashid that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should speak up on Pehlu Khan and others? We would love to hear your opinion.
