Christmas is a major festival of Christians and people look to celebrate this day decorating their yards, eating and making merry. But one woman’s Christmas’ display disgusted her Christian neighbor so much that he even questioned her faith.
Here is what the sender wrote to Diana Rowland:
“YOUR DRAGON DISPLAY IS ONLY MARGINALLY ACCEPTABLE AT HALLOWEEN.
“IT IS TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE AT CHRISTMAS.
“IT MAKES YOUR NEIGHBORS WONDER IF YOU ARE INVOLVED IN A DEMONIC CULT.
“PLEASE CONSIDER REMOVING THE DRAGONS.
“MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND HELP YOU TO KNOW THE TRUE MEANING OF CHRISTMAS.”
So let us take you back on December 14th, 2018 when a woman named Diana Rowland posted a picture of her dragon decoration and wrote:
“Our dragon holiday display got fan mail! (And apparently the “true meaning of Christmas” involves judgmental bull*hit?). I’m also rather baffled as to how the dragons are only marginally acceptable at Halloween. I guess they think I need MORE dragons??”
Diana later said of the letter that the letter she had ‘received from an anonymous, judgy-mcjudgyface neighbor who disapproved of my dragon display and asked me to consider removing them: I have added more dragons.’
Her post went viral with people tweeting and retweeting her post and even Harry Potter writer J.K. Rowling liked her tweet!
Well! Rowling has always been a dragon lover…the dangerous the better! If you do not know what we mean, well remember that Hermione, one of J.K. Rowlings most charismatic character, was worried sick of the treatment that the scaly dragons got at the hands of Goblins even when her own life was in peril!
But at the end of it all, her dragon-lover army grew exponentially with many offering even donations but Diana implored the supporters stating that in the name of dragon Army, the people should donate to the charities of their choice.
