Playboy model Marisa Papen has been arrested for a controversial nude photoshoot in the Vatican.
In one of the pictures, she can be seen dragging the Holy Cross across the street.
This Belgian model was earlier arrested for posing naked at the Karnak Temple Complex near the Egyptian city of Luxor.
But despite the hue and cry and of course the arrest, Marisa was unrepentant and in defense, she went full offensive. Announcing her arrest in the Vatican, the Playboy model said that ‘the irony of being arrested at the Vatican but priests who are molesting children is ok.’
She had also said: They (social media) keep deleting all the religious images I post.
Marisa sees herself as anti-religion and in one of the comments she said that to everyone commenting… “why doesn’t she do it in a synagogue??!! Why doesn’t she do it here, why doesn’t she do it there…?!” Marisa has tackled all of them this year, Catholicism, Islam, Judaism.
Earlier, when another Playboy model did a nude photo-shoot on sacred Mount Taranaki, Hindu leader Rajan Zed urged the New Zealand government to offer effective protection to indigenous Maori sacred sites and make sure those were not disrespected in the future.
