New Delhi, November 20, 2020: Bollywood ‘reality’ storyteller and director Madhur Bhandarkar is an unhappy lot these days due to Karan Johar’s sly work.
The director took to his Twitter account and requested Karan to not rename the project as ‘The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives” as he has the title for “Bollywood Wives.”
In a tweet, the director addressed Johar and wrote that you and Apoorva Mehta had asked me for the title “Bollywood Wives” for web (series), which I refused, as my project is underway. It is morally and ethically wrong (of) you to tweak it to The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. Please do not dent my project. I humbly request you to change the title.
Karan Johar has not replied to the tweet of Madhur Bhandarkar till now.
