New Delhi, August 18, 2020: BJP leader and animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi today shared a horrific video of a man driving his car over a dog in village Dandupur, Kapurthala in Punjab.
The hound was sleeping on the road when the man drove over it. It seems that it was a street dog.
She also said that the animal died after 30 minutes in agony and pain.
The man, Maneka Gandhi said is not only a breeder but also sells them for dog fights.

It is unclear whether the man has been arrested for the crime as yet.
This is Gurinder Singh s/o Harbans Singh, village Dandupur, Kapurthala in Punjab. He is a breeder and seller of dogs for dog fights. This is what he does to dogs when they are no longer useful.
