Indians celebrate the Republic Day and remember the greats who shaped India into the nation which is now among the world’s most powerful. But we often also hear people wondering if today we had the youngsters who would have a similar passion for the nation?
Do we now have people who would live and die to protect others? As a society sometimes we overlook the fact, that we obviously have the Indian Soldier standing at the border ensuring that the country remains safe, that the people live free, and that the nation’s culture remains intact.
It is the Indian youth, the men and the women in uniforms of different hues, who today must be thanked and remembered for their courage. But sometimes, in our busy lives, we forget them and their supreme sacrifice. But today is the day to remember the greatest of the greats of our generation and draw inspiration from them.
