The Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmer’s Welfare, Radha Mohan Singh has postponed his visit to China. The minister also informed the public via social media platform Twitter.
India has been seeing violent protests by farmers.
While the visit has been postponed” for the purpose of every possible help to farmers in the current environment and in the policy decisions by the State Governments for the interests of farmers’ welfare” yet it shows that the Modi government is finally seeing the protests seriously.
