Sindh nationalist group JSMM (Jeay Sindh Muttahida Mahaz) has slammed what it called is the ‘genocidal plan’ of Pakistan’s military institutions to crack down on JSMM for the sake of the controversial China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

The 17th Apex Committee meeting was held on 3 November 2016 at 11.00 am under the chairmanship of Chief Minister of Sindh to discuss implementation, status, and progress of NAP (National Action Plan.)

Incidentally, CM Sindh is from a pro-Sindh party Pakistan People’s Party which has remained in power in the province.

In a statement slamming Pakistan, JSMM says that during this meeting, a discussion was undertaken on the challenges and resistance on ‘building Anti-Sindh CPEC in Sindh.’  The  ISI Commander, MI officials, and DG Rangers confessed during the meeting that the JSMM remained a challenge to the CPEC.

Ominously, JSMM notes that the Pakistani officers have:

Unanimously agreed upon intensifying crackdown and using an iron fist to crush it.

JSMM also noted that during the meeting the officials also mentioned that all the other political parties including Sindhi nationalists are cooperating with state institutions in their design to neutralize JSMM by isolating it which it termed as ironic and tragic.

Minutes show that Pakistan deployed more personnel for China-Pakistan Economic Corridor in Sindh.

Many of the leaders of JSMM like Muzafar Bhutto, Sirai Qurban Khuhawar, and others have been killed while many central leaders and activists including Septuagenarian Ustad Muhammad Rahimon, Mujeeb Cholyani, and 20 others have been abducted, disappeared and even tortured.

Fate of JSMM sealed with an open indictment. As many of its political workers have been made to disappear, many killed and many tortured, the party hopes that the international community will take Pakistan's abuse of human rights into account. But will it happen?
Fate of JSMM sealed with an open indictment by Pakistani establishment. As many of its political workers have been made to disappear, many killed and many tortured, the party is putting its hopes on the international community’s take on Pakistan’s open abuse of human rights. But will it happen?

Jeay Sindh Muttahida Mahaz makes an appeal to the international community:

The Sindh nationalist group believes that the meeting will lead to bloodbath of JSMM activists, and genocide and cleansing of many in  Sindh. JSMM chief Shafi Muhammad Burfat called on Sindhi community, international community, UN’s Secretary General Antonio Guterres, President of European Parliament Antonio Tajani, US President Donald J. Trump, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Russian President Vladimir Putin, UK PM Theresa May, France President Francois Hollande, Indian PM Narendra Modi, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, UAE President Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and others to stop China and Pakistan from establishing their imperial, genocidal, military-strategic aggression over Indian ocean by constructing CPEC and stop Pakistan from sponsoring religious extremist terrorism in the region.

Shafi Muhammad Burfat, Chairman of JSMM said:

“I  appeal to entire international community to stop China-Pakistan nexus from genociding and cleansing historic Sindhi, Baloch, Pashtun, Waziristan nations and support the independence of these natural secular nations chained in the theocratic, fascist, tyrant, unnatural state of Pakistan.  “
