The condition of Atal Bihari Vajpayee is stable.

The Vice President of India, M. Venkaiah Naidu, along with his family members, visited the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), in New Delhi today, and enquired about the health condition of former Prime Minister, A.B. Vajpayee, who is undergoing treatment there.

The Vice President spoke to the family members of Atal Bihari Vajpayee at the hospital. He was also briefed by the doctors on the condition of the former Prime Minister.

The doctors informed the Vice President that Vajpayee’s condition was stable and that he was improving. He was admitted to AIIMS on June 11 with urinary tract infection.

Earlier, Congress President Rahul Gandhi visited the elderly and ailing BJP leader in the hospital. He also said that while his party, Congress, had fought against the Vajpayee’s govt, but when the former PM was sick it was he who first visited him. His comments were heavily criticised as people reminded him about the shoddy treatment of Congress leader Ex-Prime Minister P. V. Narasimha Rao and advised him to not play politics on his health.

Narendra Modi is the illustrious son that RSS needed and will be proud to have!
