Kangana Ranaut on Zaira Wasim: Religion is not to disempower you

During the song launch of the movie Judgemental Hai Kya, ‘Manikarnika’ actress Kangana Ranaut was asked for her views on Zaira Wasim quitting Bollywood. To which, Ranaut said that there’s plenty of work around you.

Ranaut urged Zaira Wasim to try and ‘help family and friends.’

She also spoke about Kaveri water issue and said that Kaveri is drying up and that there’s so much to do.

Kangana told Zaira Wasim to work and try to fulfill the environment around.

She also said that the fundamental requirement of any religion is to empower you, not disempower you.

Kangana did not mince words on Taapsee Pannu who was termed a ‘cheap imitation (sasti copy) of Kangana by her sister and manager Rangoli Chandel.

Talking on Taapsee she said that people should be ready to take a dig at themselves when they poke fun at others.

Kangana old the press that in an interview, Taapsee had said that ‘Kangana needs a double filter when she doesn’t get work, she gives excuses of nepotism in the industry’.

“There is no harm in making fun of an individual. But one should also be ready to take such harmless digs in return. Why do they become thin-skinned when the other person takes a dig at them? Kangana asked.”
