Ambassador Monica K Juma, CBS Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs and International Trade of The Republic of Kenya (04-06 March 2019) is due to land in 24 hours.
She will be arriving in New Delhi and will be interacting with the Business Community at the hotel Taj Palace. Juma will also give a lecture on “How Africa – India Relations Fit in Shifting World Order” at the Sapru House ( Barakhamba Road). She will be meeting Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj at the Jawahar Lal Nehru Bhawan.
Juma will be also in the delegation level talks, signing of agreed minutes of the JCM.
Kenya and India are partners in trade and also have a long history of fighting imperialism. As a major stable African country, the nation’s importance for India is manifold.
