Kashmiri Pandits be prepared for target killings: Jihadi group

Kashmiri Pandits are in deep peril again as a poster by jihadi terrorist group Lashker-E-Islam had told them to leave or be ready for death.

The poster is also an attack on the demand of Pannun Kashmir to which Hurriyat Conference is unwilling to allow. It reads that all migrants and RSS agents must leave or be prepared for death.

It also says that there is no place for Kashmiri Pandits who desire another Israel in Kashmir and laughingly claims that it was done to ensure that Kashmiri Muslims don’t get killed.

Perhaps the writer is unaware that just today Burhan Wani’s father has ‘offered’ his daughter for martyrdom!

The poster also says that the Kashmiri Pandits must double/triple their security and be ready for ‘target’ killing and ominously says that “You will die.”

Capture

As soon as this poster came to light social media is worried about the minuscule Kashmiri Pandit community:

Meanwhile, a Kashmiri cop Ruveda Salam ran into an argument with a senior cop Harmeet Singh Mehta, Sopore superintendent of police.

Ruveda became the first woman IPS officer in 2013 from Kashmir and in 2015 she qualified for the IAS. She was criticising the PDP-BJP government after the body of 21-year-old Reyaz Ahmad Shah was found in Srinagar’s old city with pellets wounds.

Here is the crackling exchange between the two where the cop refused to back down. It is interesting to state that while the IAS was bringing her own religion, nowhere did the IPS officer mention it anywhere and he comes from the minority Sikh community himselfKashmiri Pandits, Lashkar-e-Islam, Kashmir, Pannun Kashmir, India, Burhan Wani father daughter

Kashmiri Pandits have been  under threat for long and the IPS has a point when he pointed at Pakistan. Here is the Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto calling for struggle in Islamic vocabulary. Later this led to murders and rapes that made Kashmiri Pandits a people without a homeland in the Indian state.
