550th Prakash Utsav of Guru Nanak draws massive crowd!

Jalandhar: 550th Prakash Utsav of Guru Nanak Dev drew a delighted crowd after Shri Panchayati Akhara Nirmala, Kankhal’s Shrimahant Swami Gyandev Singh led it on October 18th, 2019 from Dera Santpura, Jalandhar. The procession traveled some 70 km and ended at the Sultanpur Lodhi.

The entire procession saw many people pay their respects to the passing saints.

Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji was beautifully adorned as were the martial panch pyare. Several Nirmala saints, Gatka party and band was part of this procession.

People of several communities welcomed the procession and at several places, langar, tea, and fruits were donated to people.

Jathedar of Takht Shri Kesgarh Sahib, Giani Raghbir Singh ji, Sant Davinder Singh Shastri (Secretary), Sant Jaswinder Singh Shastri (Kothari), Sant Dilawar Singh Brahm, Sant Davinder Singh Shahabpur, Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal, Sant Darshan Singh Shastri, Mahant Pyara Singh Barnala, Sant Hardev Singh Sangaria (Rajasthan), Swami Jagraj Singh Lopon, Sant Balwinder Singh (Swami Vamdev Virakt Mandali), Sant Teja Singh Khudde wale, Sant Gurcharan Singh Baddon, Sant Gurcharan Singh Pandwan, Sant Makhan Singh Tutomajara, Sant Anup Singh, Sant Sukhwant Singh Jalandhar, Sant Harjinder Singh Chaahwale, Sant Bhagwant Bhajan Singh Dakoha, Sant Rishiraj Singh, Sant Gagandeep Singh Jandali, Swami Amrit Pal Singh ‘Amrit’ and
Shri Mahant Swami Gyandev Singh Ji Maharaj were part of this procession.
