Taking into account the heinous and brutal murder of Hindu Samaj Party leader late Kamlesh Tiwari by radical Muslims, the UP CM directed officers to put the murderers on a fast track trial. He has also directed the officers to ensure an effective legal team for the same.

The Jihadi style execution saw Kamlesh Tiwari being stabbed multiple times to inflict maximum pain and he was also shot.
Such executions are not unknown in India, but the Kamlesh Tiwari’s murder in Naka area of Lucknow has again exposed the fragile security for Hindu leaders.

On Tuesday, two accused in the Kamlesh Tiwari murder case – Ashfaq Hussain Jakirhussain Shaikh (34) and Moinuddin Khurshid Pathan (27) – were arrested by Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) from the Gujarat-Rajasthan border.

The outrage over the latest blasphemy murder has led to massive backlash online with many commentators wondering about the state of security for the Hindu leaders.

Deceased Kamlesh Tiwari’s family will be given 15 lakh cash with immediate effect while they would be given 1 house in Sitapur.

Common citizens have raised close to 32 lakhs for the deceased Hindu leader’s family.

Earlier, a Hindu man named Ramalingam was also killed in Tamil Nadu for allegedly resisting conversion while a Keralite Muslim writer was brutally thrashed on charges of blasphemy.

Even a university professor named TJ Joseph was attacked by Islamists with knives and swords in 2010 after accusing him of blasphemy against their Prophet. A Bengali blogger also had to spend time in jail on the charge of blasphemy with many wondering if there is any end in sight to abuse of Freedom of Speech and Expression.
