Holy Cow! Gourmet Burger, Holy cow, Hindus

A Hindu man, who was taunted and abused for his faith by a British Sikh girl has finally got justice.

Sikh girl Amandeep Mudhar and a friend threatened to have the Hindu man, his sisters and mum raped and also threatened that they will blow up their home and cars.

A report by Swindon Advertiser says that although the Sikh girl had been made subject to an injunction to keep her away from the Hindu victims, yet she continued to defy the court order and subjected the man and his family to torrential abuse which included making threatening phone calls and attacks through social media.

She also sent parcels of beef to attack his Hindu faith. Eating beef is a taboo in Hindu and in the Buddhist faith.

British Sikh woman was handed down a two- year suspended jail term by a UK court for launching a campaign of racist abuse and harassment against her Hindu ex-boyfriend and his family over a period of five years, including posting beef through their door and abusing his family by calling them ‘fat, like your elephant god’.

Amandeep even went to the Hindu temple to harass the man’s mum and called his ex-boyfriend’s dad to threaten him with rape.

The Hindu boy’s two sisters said that they had to suffer stress due to constant harassment while another said that Amandeep even got a child to bully her six-year-old son at school as part of her campaign to abuse them.

Judge Robert Pawson, reported the Swindon Advertiser, while passing the judgment on Tuesday said “Most people from religious backgrounds seek to find a common ground on what they share, be it a faith in God or human nature. Not from you: your behaviour was unrelenting, provocative and extremely frightening.”

He imposed two-year jail terms suspended for two years with a six months curfew, 100 hours of unpaid work, rehabilitation activity requirement days and £750 costs.

The judge also imposed a restraining order banning the Sikh girl and his friend from contacting the family, going to the roads they live on and the Hindu Temple.

“I hope this sentence draws a line in the sand and there will be no repetition. You have been warned both of you.”
